Do you provide free samples before bulk order?
Definitely! We provide two free samples of most of our displays and you only pay for the shipping costs.
Do you provide a unit price discount for large volume quantities?
Normally for 1000pcs and above. Please contact us or request a quote.
What is the typical lifespan of your display products?
Most of our designs will remain in production for at least 5-7 years. If a design goes through an engineering change or reaches End-Of-Life, we always do our best to make our next revision equivalent to the previous version.
What are the payment options?
You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment.
How long does production take?
For standards, our mass production needs 25-30 days. For custom LCD, please see the Process of Custom LCD Solution.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the method of transportation, air freight can take 5-7 days, and ocean freight can take 15-35 days. Your shipment can be split between air and ocean if you need some displays expedited sooner!
Are your products RoHS and Reach compliant?
All of our displays comply with the latest RoHS, REACH, and CMRT provisions.
What happens if my products arrive or become defective, what is your warranty?
Our warranty is one year (12 months) from shipment date. If they fail within that year, please contact us on a repair or replacement.

Products with modifications made after they were received are not covered.
Broken glass is not covered, if insured, file a claim with your freight forwarder.
