Our Product Testing Protocol
We perform many tests to produce our top-quality and reliable displays.
Out of these, a few are listed below.
High-Temperature and Freezer Test
This test includes testing the products in of 85° and -40° for 1.5 hours. According to our strict quality protocols, the malfunctioning parts are removed.
Uniformity Analysis Test
The test examines the consistency of the panel’s brightness and color across the entire display. This test ensures a superior and balanced visual experience for the end-user.
Lifetime Aging Test
The test assesses the display’s performance and functionality over an extended period, simulating years of usage. This test aims to ensure the display’s longevity and consistent quality.

How we handle disputes
In handling disputes, we take on manufacturing risks for you. If your products have quality problems, you can easily file a dispute claim and we’ll remake or refund. You can contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Success Team will work on resolving your issue as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
