Remember to check your quote and technical drawing and before placing your order. This will ensure that any discrepancies are caught before your order goes into production. Reach out to your account manager or sales@lcdeer.com for any questions.
How we handle disputes
In handling disputes, we take on manufacturing risks for you. If your products aren’t up to spec or have quality problems, you can easily file a dispute claim and we’ll remake or refund. You can contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Success Team will work on resolving your issue as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
